White lightening streaks in vision

I have noticed what can be best described as streaks of light or lightening streaks in my vision which is most noticeable in particular light and when blinking.

I have suffered for several years with Aura migraines (without headache), which I seem to get once a year on average. I also recently went to Opticians for an OCT scan and the vitreous gel sac in my eyes are pulling away from my retina (which is aparantly normal ageing process), although I am only 30. Im unsure if this is relating to one or both of these as the symptoms can overlap eg. when vitreous gel pulls away can experience flashes if light but these lightening streaks are fairly new to me so it could very well be related, although unsure.

Just curious if anyone else has experienced this or something similar?

    Do you get lightning streaks always or only when you are looking at bright object??

    I get lightning streak whenever I look at bright object for example: Flashlight of my Phone
