imagehad this large white lump under foreskin for 3 yrs it has came off 4 times and grown back can be sore at time has hole in middle anyone know what it could be

    look like cockscomb.

    "Cockscomb" is a term used in popular jargon to indicate sharp warts. These lesions manifest as wart-like skin growths, which are mainly located on the external genitalia and around the anus.

    Cockscombs are caused by some types of HPV (Human Papilloma Virus), the same pathogen involved in the formation of warts in the feet and other anatomical sites.

    The infection is transmitted mainly, but not exclusively, through sexual intercourse.
