White Mark on penis after sex

after having rough sex with my partner i noticed this mark on my penis ive been with this partner for 4 months now and had unprotected sex i only noticed this mark maybe the 8th time we had sex which is when it was a bit more rough i did a sti test and all clear i belive its a tear on my penis but its being a bit stubborn to go away it doesn't hurt and im having sex with my partner every weekend

i also saw the doctor but just seeing if anyone else has light on this or had it done to themself before

    I've got the same on my penis , don't think its a tear but cant really tell from the one photo,
