White mass on vaginal hole. Im really scared.

ive had discomfort sort of feeling dry when im not (but no itching or irregular discharge) for over a month. i took a picture and it looked out of the ordinary for what i normally look like. there was a large raised area that is not there usually. the hole you see is my urethra and below the picture would be the begining of my vagina hole image then nearly three weeks later i took this second picture and it looks larger and there is a white mass too. i have also been experiencing severe discomfort and in the last two days itchiness that doesnt go away. this picture shows my urethra (just under the blurry blob at the top) and the vaginal hole is above the white mass thing but you cannot see it at all. image i dont know what it is but it is rapidly getting worse.

    Ellen, this could be just about anything but you must see your doctor or gynaecologist for a proper diagnosis and treatment. Its possible its Lichen Sclerosus but impossible to say for sure. Please do see a professional.
