White patch on penis shaft

Im looking for some help regarding a problem with my penis, this started happening around a year ago, in the beggining it was red and itchy but like 6 months ago it just went white, and only appearing in the morning (i dont know if it was because of the cold) and the rest of the day it wasnt there.

I went to a dermatologist and took a STD test which came back negative. the dermatologist says it is contact dermatitis and prescribed an antifungal cream that just make it disappear for some time and then comes back. The last time i went she prescribed fusidic acid to use for 5 days (im currently on day one).

I really think this problem started because of masturbation because i remember one time i hurt my skin on that same spot and with time it became what it is today. i attached some pictures. Please someone tell me what is it.imageimageimage

    thats a skin condition i suggest if treatment hasnt worked that u go back and see a doctor
