white patches around neck of glans and frenulum on penis

35 year old male with same partner for over 10 years. The attached pictures show the skin turning white and deteriorating around the neck of glans and frenulum on my penis. It has progressively gotten worst for over the past year now. It doesn't cause any pain or discomfort and sometimes has a smell coming from it.

I shower daily and use only free from fragrance shower gels, I make sure my penis is fully dry also after showering and have used yeast infection gels and tablets in the past but no improvements were made.

    Hi Josh you need to have it checked it could be lichen sclerosus or BXO if it is you will need to see a specialist and start treatment
