Just be really clear, have you ever had penetrative sex or received oral without protection?
It is possible you have a skin condition developing ...
Do you apply anything to your penis on a regular basis, such as skin cream, baby oil or lotion or anything to hydrate or lubricate your penile skin ...... ?

No i did not have any kind of penetrative sex or oral sex
and also did not apply any kind of lotions or creams .
what do you mean by a developing skin condition , i do not understand
I do not feel any kind of iritation or pain

What I mean is that if this is a skin condition it is in the early stages of development it may become worse, or, it may heal in a spontaneous manner.
What I would be tempted to do is to apply a very small amount of antiseptic cream or lotion to this - if you happen to be able to apply some Liquid Coconut Oil to it that would be better.
All that is required is a very small amount placed on a fingertip then applied to the white patches - what you are looking for is to see how the skin reacts: healthy skin would not react in an adverse manner, if there is a skin condition developing then it could well adversely react.
This would very unlikely be a severe reaction - and all that you would need to do is to wash the area carefully with water and fully dry with a clean dry towel.
If this continues to develop then consult a medical professional, ultimately you are likely to need to see a Dermatologist to get this correctly identified .....

how long should i wait to check the reaction after applying coconut oil, and also how to determine the reaction and non reaction of skin with oil, is there any visual checking.
I'm begging that , is it a severe case or its normal. Is there any treatment or medication so that it could cure without any surgery.
I have no pain or irritation at any time.
I generally clean my penis everyday during bath, Then could this occur.
Please help me Wee_Dugie
