im 29 y.o and sexually active. my penis has been itchy lately but ive just recently noticed that i have these white patches on my penis shaft and in my scrotum as well. i have never had this happen before. im in a relationship, havent been with anyone else for 5 years. if anyone can help or has any information. Greatly appreciate it !
