Sorry to ask what may be a too personal question: you do not say your age but have you masturbated / and or had sex regularly over a number of years now?

What I think you have going on with the frenulum is that it is short and this is placing a great deal of strain on the skin at either side of the bottom of your frenulum and this has likely been happening over a number of years.

I am not sure what you have going on in photo 2 - whether this is a constriction band, or whether this was simply the way you were holding you penis for the photo - that is, is it like that when you are not holding your penis ..... ?

While the whitening on the head of your penis may look similar to that of your frenulum the most likely cause will be pigmentation change, for example, a very common condition is vitiligo - or more simple pigmentation change which is very common on the genitals.

The only way you can progress with what you have going on is to get professional medical opinion - you need to see a Urologist, it would also be good if you can get to see a Dermatologist who specialises in Genital Skin Disorders ....

Hi, it looks like you have a very short frenulum and a phimotic ring. I suspect you also have LS this needs to be assessed with your doctor and refer on to a specialist.
