Hi can anyone offer any advice as to what these white patches might be or caused by.
It's a little uncomfortable and itchy and have noticed a slight smell too, which i've been trying to keep clean as much as possibe.
Would be grateful for any advice

Hi Paul you've probably had this for a while. it looks like lichen sclerosus you need to go to your doctor and get a referral to a urologist or dermatologist don't leave it any longer this would be my advice Paul get it sorted.
