ive noticed this in my poop recently, attaching a oicture to give a better picture of what has been worrying me. An input from someone who has experience in this would be great relief to me.

as you can see normal poop is underneath while this white material is on too, has been like this for about a week

you need to go too the drs it looks like it might be fat and if you're not absorbing fat properly it could be a whole host of reasons

if on top,it could be mucus,but looks kind of thick for that,what color is under it?

Maybe try a food diary to see if a food is the culprit. How long have you had these bowel habit changes? I would see your doctor

I have had the same thing. it turned out that I was celiac. however, if you gave gall bladder disease you can also have white poop.
