I have this white raised lump in Nostril . The specialist said its septum - septal scabbiness- epistaxis - but could also be - vestibulitis is also known as folliculitis. Ingrown Hair.
Has anyone else had this ?? did yours go away by itself ?? or are they Permanent ??
