White rash on my vagina opening

Hello. I was diagnosed with yeast infection in my vagina my last two appointments but I don't think that's case. I do feel itchy and irritated down there and my discharge is clear with some white spots. I'm a virgin so I don't know how I got it. I noticed earlier this week I have a white rash on my opening and it doesn't get off every time I wash it with water. Even with PH safe soap. I even have some bumps around my vulva. If it isn't yeast infection, what could it be ? Please see these images and let me know what you think.
