can i ask u how did it start ? was it discoloration only first then the texture changed with time?

I agree this could be Lichen Sclerosus (LS) which is indeed an autoimmune condition - there is also the possibility that it is a type of Genital Wart (sometimes referred to as a Plate Wart).
You will need to get a a visual check from either a Dermatologist or Urologist as soon as possible.
I say this as I am also concerned about the brown mark / spot to the front right in photo 1, and the possibility is that this is a pre-cancerous growth, which given your age is rather unlikely, but you need to get it ruled out (and yes, it may 'just' be a mole)

Hi, i have had the small brown spot since birth so presumed it was a mole or birth mark.
