white skin/patch on my penis head

hello everyone , sorry for my limited english , Please answer my question .

Iam 30 years old , uncircumcision/uncut foreskin. married.

iam not usually check my penis , i think 2 3 times/week. when i go to bath or pee. and then when i go to bath i notice it.

i got white skin/patches on my penis head , it's no itchy or pain, i only have sex with my wife and we are normal sexual activity , i go doctor,got fungus test and negative then he said balanitis , give me some medicines like cefpodoxime 200mg for 7 days , i used 5 days but the white still there , nothing change .

please help me find out what is it. thank you

    it could be very early stage of lichen planus or lichen sclerosis.

    You need to see a good dermatologist.

      i went already 3 dermatologist , 1 penile doctor , 2 say balanitis 2 say normal. the last dermatologist say don't worry and give me hydrocontisone 1% , and then he told if the skin not return but no itchy no pain don't need to care . i think okay now

    i can see discoloration only it could be normal pigmentation
