white small dots under penis foreskin

I have 4 small white dots (1 to 2 mm) each under my penis foreskin. 2 on each side (near tyson).

I am facing itching issues for a while. The penis also smells sometimes with some paste kind of thing. The head of the penis also dries out and starts to itch.

Any idea what can cause this. Bit worried. There is no swelling or anything else. I am starting to worry about this. Is this normal or should I be consulting any doctor?

    Hi, to upload an image you need to have the file on a PC / Mac / Laptop - click the Reply button top right of box is 4 buttons, "Upload an Image is the other end of row to "B" icon ......

    You need to be washing your penis head and foreskin with water only each time you urinate, are sexually aroused or have ejaculated. Then dry 100% afterwards - protect the head and foreskin from any form of chemical, from soap, shower gel, Lube, Baby Oil, Skin Lotion, Hair Shampoo etc from getting anywhere near the head / foreskin of your penis.
