White small patches on penis

Hi, recently I noticed 3 small white patches on my glans.I am a but worried and I consulted a dermatologist, he examined and palpated the lesions.. assured me not to worry saying its just smegma balanitis. He prescribed me fluconozole 150 mg stat and tacrolimus 0.1 percent topical ointment in the nights and asked me to apply very little amount..
As I was over apprehensive I also consulted another doc and she said it is lichen sclerosus et atrophicus and asked me to use mometosone for a month followed by tacrolimus for 3 months
I am having oral sex for the past 8 months and I get blowjobs (8 to 10 times) from my gf but no intercourse and Iam her only partner
i skipped this info at the docs as they ddnt ask me any history as such
IAM so worried kindly throw some light. pleaseFile size is too bigFile size is too big

Bulcostry, I have Lichen Sclerosus and while what you have has similarities - the skin would form white plaques rather than the pink coloured ones you have, so not LS.
I also very much doubt whether this is linked to the oral sex that you have been having on a regular basis.
The thing with Medical Professionals is that if you have one that you feel you can trust and that they are not dismissive of you in any way that it is best to stay with that particular one rather than changing to another doctor.
So essentially, if you feel you can get along with the Dermatologist you have seen I would go back and see them again - you need to work together to find a solution to what this is. You should know that pigmentation change is very common across the human body, and this could simply be what you actually have.
Basic penile hygiene is about using water only to wash after you urinate and following masturbation - when you cannot wash use clean tissue paper to clean up and keep nice and dry ......

thanks for the generous reply but the patches are not red, they are white 😦 .. its the camera flash which made them red. Take a look at the third picture..
Iam currently having exams dugie.. I ll see the doctor in may
Is this how your LS Started ?
IS there any cure for it..
what if mine turns out to be LS. Iam 27 and no symptoms yet
Iam so depressed 😦

Deal with the essentials of what you have now: so if you are meaning you are currently doing university or college examinations, then you need to give those your full attention.
The patches that you have still look more like discolouration to me still, more of a change in pigmentation, rather than something like LS. Now something may have caused that change, and is easily treatable - I would suggest working together with a Dermatologist to find out what it actually is.
If these were LS patches the skin would look really dry and very unhealthy - these do not look like that - in addition, the surrounding skin would also show signs of distress, which you also do not have.
I am a bit confused when you say: " Iam 27 and no symptoms yet "
