White small pimples on penis skin

Hello guys,

About a month ago i noticed a very small pimple on the skin of my penis and i started worrying, but it didn't bother me (no symptoms), so i thought that it was nothing to worry about.

Today i saw another similar pimple and i got worried, so can someone tell me if it's something to worry about or not? If i should go check a doctor or if it's normal.

Note: they are very small so i had to zoom in so you can see it better, and if someone asks, yes i've had unprotected sex (about 3 before it shows up and a little while after i first noticed it, since i thought it was nothing to worry about).

    Your initial thought is probably right: there is nothing to worry about. If this was something like an STD / STI there would most likely be multiples of them, or at least a group of them that looked the same
