White Sore inside Vagina

about 2 weeks ago, i had a reccurrent herpes outbreak which subsided quite quickly (ive had it for a few months now and i know the symptoms and its usually just external for me) and then it brought on a really bad yeast infection that lasted a week. i went to the doctor and she put me on a course of fluconazole 150mg every 3 days and its cleared the thrush ( itch and discomfort gone now. ) however i kept feeling a sharp pain for the past few days internally after the doctor visit. upon inspection of my inside, i saw this nasty tear/ulcer which looks white. it doesnt itch or tingle. i got a pap smear while i was there and the doctor inserted the speculum quite roughly inside me which maybe caused the tear ?? does it look like a healing tear?? could it be something else? im so tired of having problems down there and its making me so depressed.
