White Sores in Throat

Two days ago I woke up with an incredibly sore throat and issues swallowing because of pain. Today when I decided to check in the mirror, I saw my pharynx and uvulva are completely red and have white sores or blisters. My uvulva is also swollen.

I'm on an antibiotics cure for an infected dog bite and have been to the hospital for 6 days getting Penicillin and Cloxacillin drip for it. I've also had two small surgeries involving narcosis to open up my arm and clean, and then to close up the wound. The infection happened very fast (from not that big of a deal to hospitalised in one day).

Anyone got any ideas on what's wrong with my throat?
