    Hi!

I'm not sure honestly, since its very mild the situation.

First of all, you have to go to a dermatologist, specialized in genital skin condition.

You could take a skin swab of the penis head to search for some possible yeast or bacterial infections. If nothing come out, this situation could be a lichen disease or a post inflammatory damaged skin.

How this appeared? After sex, oral sex?

A lot of people are in this condition without a proper diagnosis.

Hi, I went to the doctor and he sent me to laboratory to test if it was STDs but it was negative for all, then I got blood test and everything was perfect, I asked mu doctor if it could be lichen desease and he said it was not. He say i shouldnt worry about it but i feel strange, sometimes it "burns" a little bit, I dont know how to describe it, other than that I have sex weekly and no problem with that.

It appeared one day, nothing in particular

      Its wierd 😦

      thank you for answering

I honestly don't know why doctors are covering this kind of skin situations. Like people don't have to know what this is.

I'm starting to believe that because I cannot believe that after so many years of study they cannot recognize this situations.

If its a lichen based disease it could be progressive and must be stopped as soon as possible.

If I can suggest you a think, change doctor and ask for a biopsy of the plaque, because you have to take care of your health. If its a lichen disease you have to use a ultra-potent steroid cream to reduce the inflammation.

It looks you have dryness of the penile skin too, right?

      Thanks for your answering
