White spot on penis

Hello, since week I am feeling quite anxious about my penis.

I've seen grey kind of colours on testicles and white small spot on inner foreskin of penis.

I don't understand what it is. It appeared suddenly. It not causing me any pain or irritations but I am feeling distressed looking into it.

Is it infection, will it spread or....? Should I've to consult doctor...?

Please help me to figure it out. I tried to search but got bad result.

i think the small spots may be nothing, but the white patches could be lichen sclerosis. for this you should consult a doctor/dermatologist as soon as possible. if it is lichen then it can be difficult to treat and is best treated as soon as possible, often circumcision is the best option.

it is a big topic, aswell as getting the suggested treatment i would look in to ayruvedic /diet/oils treatement aswell.

i have been looking in to lichen planus which is diifferent but you may have lichen sclerosis which can been alot worse if left untreated.

take care, there are others in the same situation as you, you have to be practical and get this looked at and then try to do your best to treat it and also reduce stress and anxiety. that is very important, anxiety and stress are a viscuous cycle that does not help such conditions.

if it is lichen sclerosis, you will soon find out that the treatment can be hit and miss, some people respond well others less well. as i said circumcision seems to be effective if done early enough.

it is called an auto immune disease but studies suggest it is all about bacterial infection which had badly disturbed the skin/gut ecosystem.

you may be prescribed steroid creams, which must be used with great care.

i would consider healing skin and gut naturally aswell.

there is alot of info on this forum because doctors as you will find out do not understand why or how this issue apperars like so many other conditions.

there is a chance it could be something else but to me it looks like LS .

go see a doctor, take care, you will be ok just be sensible and get some help.

    best wishes
