White spot on Penis, please help

I have had this bump in the head of my penis for probably more than a year by now, and I never thought much about it. It doesn't hurt, or cause discomfort, its a bit sensitive if you start to touch it though. It is solid, and I have never tried to pop it because I was scared if it would get infected or not. I was just wondering if this white dot is something I should worry about or not. (I am not sexually active, but I do masturbate a lot)

    Hi its hard to tell from your photo you've had it a while probably best to have it checked with your doctor. It might be a wart or sebaceous cyst?
