White spots and inflamed urethra. Really scared am only 20

imageI slept with person 1 over a month ago then again with person 2 the following week. Days after I felt itching in penis head and burning when I urinated. Got tested and 2 weeks had past and test came positive for chlamydia. They recommend that I come back as it is doubtful person 2 gave me anything as there is an incubation period. Thus inspected me and saw my urethra was red and I mentioned it still stung when I weed. They looked puzzled as to why I wasn't swabbed tested in the first place. I'm now waiting for results. Am really scared, it was hard enough to tell them I possibly gave them chlamydia, let alone now I face the possibility of dealing with herpes forever and giving it someone else. Havnt slept right in weeks, up all night worrying. Please does anyone have any insight. image

the white spots are perfectly normal, they are harmful forcyde spots, we get those as we grow older and mature. the head of the penis looks like balanitis to me. you need antibiotics from your gp.

I assume that's meant to be harmless you wrote. And I really hope so. I have results coming in a week and a bit. Losing a lot of sleep worrying about it being herpes. They gave me cream for thrush and it looks less red but am not 100%. Here's hoping . Thank you for the advice

ask for an anti fungal drug like fluconazole. it seems like balanitis because of your tight foreskin. you need to loosen it btw. far as the chlamydia is concerned, the reports are concrete after 2 weeks from exposure also, your doctor would know that better. be careful for the next time sir, use a condom always and if possible avoid sleeping around.

Oh believe me I've learned my lesson on regards to sleeping around. I've been using a fungal cream for the past few days I dunno whether it seems to have gotten better. I had a previous picture and recent one to compare and it looks less red than before. Thank you for the advice.
