Hi your frenulum looks inflamed with a little tear on it also your glans is a little pale in colour around your frenulum and meatus. Can you retract your foreskin fully or do you find it difficult or uncomfortable. I would have it checked with your GP and refrain for any active on till your frenulum is healed as you don't want to cause scarring there.

it slightly hurts while pulling back the foreskin due to little tear, it wast problem before. my age is 38.

what could be the reason for the pale color?

that's understandable when you have a slight cut. I remember is was quite painful when I had them. you could have a slight skin infection which has caused some irritation to your foreskin. you could also have a short frenulum are you able to retract your foreskin completely to expose the rim of your glans? The pale colour it could be lichen sclerosus or lichen Planus or it could be from the irritation I'm not sure but this is the main reason why you should have it checked.

It has never been problem to retract my foreskin completely, although its has been always quite tight, but never problem, but perhaps with the age its not that elastic any more? But how this cut could have happened, is it linked to that pale colour or its totally separate cause?

And there is also red rash, its especially noticeable after friction.

Here is my other post about half year ago, during summer the redness mostly disappeared, but back then I didn't have that pale colour nor that cut - https://patient.info/forums/discuss/red-rash-and-dots-on-penis-head-736277?page=0#3718482

That's interesting you have had problems for a while it could be psoriasis or some form of eczema definitely or maybe even LS as I suggested you need to see a dermatologist I think as you have said your skin elasticity has changed this has caused you to get the little tear on your frenulum it should heal but you are liable to get more tears they are easy to get from having sex or masturbating it could even progress to phimosis in time. Your body will change as you get older I had no real problems up to age 37 other than my foreskin was a little tight and my frenulum was a little short but everything worked fine eventually i develop LS. I'd recommend you see a dermatologist for a proper diagnosis and treatment.

As you can see from the photos, the red rash is still there, just after some friction is comes more visible.

I had also penis skin peeling, it was probably from the antifungal cream what I was subscribed. Now Im really cautious about applying anything on my penis, just try to wash with water and thats it. Maybe some redness is not problem at all, if situation will become worst I turn to doctor again.

yeah, mine is same. if I don't touch it then it remains very faint. but when during masturbation because of friction it becomes dark red n visible.

sometimes my glans is also getting a little reddish when i get erection n when it rubs against my underwear.

I hope it goes soon becomes normal, its been 2 months I'm dealing with this. 😞😞
