White spots appeared on penis shaft :(

Hi, about 2 weeks ago small white spots started appearing on my penis shaft about 1 every 2 days. They don't hurt or itch and after popping the first one, something white like a pimple came out. Does anybody know what it looks like? I am guessing it could be HPV?

Any help or advice much appreciated, thanks!

Edit to add, the one circled in red was the one I popped which was why it was so red. Now that it has time to heal, it doesn't look as bad anymore.

Could just be Fordyce spots.  I'd get them looked at though, either by your GP, or at a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic.  Google "GUM clinic near me" for details.

    Hello :-)

Like already suggested by another member, it looks pretty much like fordyce which are spots often at your private parts, eyelids, lips, tongue etc, and isn't to worry about - we've all got some of that more or less if taking a closer look, don't we? ;-)

Hello, I'm only 15 and I have the same problem but on the bottom of my shaft, What should I Doo because I am too sceptres to tell anyone 😕

There's a possibility that these spots are fondyce sposts which basically all guys have to some extent, and it's usual to also have them other places on our body. They are harmless and doesn't require any treatment. :-)

If they're at the bottom of the shaft, they're almost certainly Fordyce spots.  Almost all men have at least some, though they're more prominent in some men than others.  There are some treatment options for cosmetic purposes, but unless they're unusually large, you should just ignore them.
