White spots around my vagina

Hi, so to give you some background. Around mid december, I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend. Early January, he told me he tested positive for Chlamdiya. Hes the only guy I've slept with. Long story short, I test negative for Chlaymida but test positive for BV & a yeast infection. I'm currently taking antibiotics for both. Today, I noticed I have some bumps/little white things throughout my vagina. Im trying to figure out how they got there & what exactly are they because its uncomforable. And mind you, I test negative for every other STD, including HIV. I can really use some answers

    Hi, these looks like ulcer. Are they painful? You should definitely see a doctor.

      it might be because i managed to get rid of the first set but i noticed a new set of bumps appeared between my anus and vag.
