White spots inside vagina and on clit yeast infection or something else.

I noticed a one white spot on my vagina with some irritation and white discharge.The next day i woke up to burning and itching and ton of white thin discharge with no smell.I went to doctor they told me i was fine but would do a wet test and call me back in couple days.I went to another doctor because it was getting bad she said it lolks like a yeast infection and gave me medicine.Im starting to feel better but i atill have these white spots on my vagina is this normal for yeast infection or could it be bv?I was testing for chlamydia and gonherrea my results were negative.i have never seen these white spots on my vagina before.

    Hi, it may look like white spots just because of your skin tone and the infection. You could also have BV or a severe yeast infection. I think more like a yeast infection. If you take antibiotics it may still leave you withal yeast infection so just an FYI. Hopefully you get the results soon
