Can anyone tell me if they have had white spots on fused labia minor near to fused clitoris please? Last week there was one now three in a line downwards. They do not hurt to itch!

I think those are the spots that happen before more fusing. I would use a dot of Clobetisol on them right away.

does clob reverse whitness? i havent been put on clob yet as my derm thinks may be something else, btw im a male but pretty sure the protocol is same

Julia 2017, Thank you I will try that! It really shook me up as I have been keeping it under control with Clob once every night after a bicarbonate of soda bath and the fusing was slowly going, but I was only putting it on the area that was fused! It has spread to the perenium & between my butt cheeks but the Dermo & Gyno have given me Trimovate for that which works great! I use that in the morning or do a sits bidet after a bowel movement then put Trimovate! My doctor is useless & does not know anything about LS & I don't see the specialists until March! I have also got Oral Lichen Planus which had cleared but dentist has given me a partial denture which has made that flare up again! This is all so time consuming, but once you get into a routine, you just get on with it! Thanks again x
