White spots on penis

Hello,
I have had these spots for about 2 and half months. I tried treating them with anti fungal creams but they have not done anything. I had been to the doctor. however, he said it is normal for men with darker skin to have discoloration on their skin. However, they are not skin discolorations they are very white, and look very dry. i have attached a picture of them. it does not show them properly, they are much more visible and whiter. please, if anyone has any idea please let me know. they are in for locations, 1 just under the shaft, and 2 in the middle and the last one is right at the beginning of my penis and it is the largest.

I have the same thing for years now and still can figure it out so I just don't worry about it anymore if your doctor says it's normal then your fine.

I don't think it is normal, because he thinks its discoloration but it is not, it's very dry. Hopefully someone knows what it is, or what it could be. thanks a lot though.

i ha very simular thing on my penis shaft, popped up out f no where around late may 2018, i went to the gum clinic, who werent sure what it was btsaid they would freeze the area and se how it responded to treatment, 4 weeks later i had two patchy scas where the skin had been frozen, so worse off if anything. ever since i had the freezing i have had nothing butdiscomfort in my genital area and small red bumps and rashes cropping up.

Hi Guys, the best route to get these issues sorted is to see a Dermatologist. Often you can get to see one at one of the Larger Specialist Sexual Health Walk-in Centres or GUM Clinics, otherwise ask your Regular Doctor to refer you to one ....

i have been under two dermos at two different hospitals over the last six months passed from pillar to post, with still not answers, and pretty much fobbed off. im at my whits end with it, once thing i have certainly learned for sure, is that there arent very many penis/ sexual health specialists about that it for sure, they are great at telling you "its not this, its not that" but arent very good at actually giving a dam about finding out. certainly not inthe british NHS anyway.

Marc, I can certainly empathise with what it is you are saying and feeling about your situation! I was alarmed to here the GUM Clinic were not sure what it was they were dealing with - so they froze whatever it is you have 'just to see how it responded' - does not seem to make sense to me. As you say - are these people really professionals, or do they not have a clue what they are doing in practical terms. I think you may need to persist in going to different service providers to find someone who can give you the best answer to this issue. Have you had your GP refer you to a Hospital based Urology Specialist?, for example.
The best suggestion I can make is to start a new forum post on here - explain in detail what the symptoms were that you initially had and hopefully someone will recognise what it was you had in the begging of all this ..... !!!

yea its certainly razy in this day and age, i have been referred to two seperate hospitals, dermatogology dept however not urology just yet, i will continue to puruse however, it has gotten to the point with me where they think its all phsycological and im making the whole thing up, its quite appaling really. im pushing for a biopsy/ skin scrape on the bumps i currently have and hopefully confirmation weather i may have HPV or absolutly not. i was there yesterday for a follow up in relation to some demo anti bacterial body was i was issue 4 weeks ago, exactly as i thought this hasnt made an ounce of difference to my discomofort and bumps. so i no have seen yet another specialist, who is going to see me again in three months to see if any changes and authorise a biospy, so i will carry on doing what i can to hopefully get closure.
