before i drive myself crazy can someone help me identify these white spots? it almost looks like peeling skin so of course i scratched a couple off and now have big red sores but that was my own fault what do they look like, just started showing up a couple days ago and their is a new bunch every day it seems like getting an appointment could be weeks or months out so i wanted to maybe get an idea
