I am 14 years old and recently went to the doctor about a black mark on my penis , turns out it was only pigmentation. So obviously when I got home I began to look everywhere to see if there was anything worrying I then found very small white pimples on both sides of my penis head under the foreskin , they are very hard to find (hidden) but I a man worried whether I need to go to the doctors again

I've had them for about 15 years I think they are just skin tags, nothing to worry about!

Not harmful. I bet your doctor saw them and didn't bother to tell you as they are so normal.

They are hidden and my doctor hadn't seen them. Thank you all for responding as it probabaly isn't anything to be worried about.

Doesn't look like anything to worry about.  Could be pearly penile papules or Tyson's glands (though not everyone agrees thatTyson's glands really exist).

:-) I doubt there's anything to worry about. Lots of guys have similar to this. :-)
