white spots on the shaft of the penis

Hello everyone,

I address you on the forum seeking a final dermatological consultation (I've had 3) regarding some spots that have recently appeared on the shaft of my penis. About ten days ago, I noticed the presence of these spots and immediately scheduled a dermatological visit with a venereologist dermatologist.

During the visit, the doctor hypothesized that they could be condylomas and prescribed a treatment to follow. I should start applying Fucicort for 6-8 days, and if the spots do not disappear, I've been instructed to use Aldara 5% every other day for 10 days.

However, today my partner visited another dermatologist for a mouth wart and showed pictures of my spots. This concerned dermatologist suggested that I consult another specialist as soon as possible.

Following the suggestion, I promptly visited another dermatologist today who carefully examined the spots. Contrary to the two previous diagnoses, the new dermatologist believes it's Lichen Sclerosus. They proposed a treatment with Elidel cream to be followed for 90 days.

I would like to emphasize that I have already sought a second online consultation from a dermatologist who suggested it might be a simple irritative dermatitis. However, I wish to obtain further opinions to better understand the nature of my spots.

I want to highlight that I don't have any other symptoms like itching or other discomfort, and the spots resemble what is shown in the photos. My main concern is that they might be a sign of carcinoma.

I hope someone here on the forum can provide me with further information or advice regarding my situation. Any contribution or personal experience will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your help.
