white spots, small pimples and balanitis

This started in December when I started noticing abnormalities in my penis I went to a urologist and was diagnosed with fungal balanitis.

I followed a treatment with an antifungal cream for a week as indicated by the doctor The truth is that the glans has improved a lot but the foreskin is still somewhat red

What worries me the most is that this week I began to notice small white spots on the glans and I don't know if it is caused by balanitis again or it could be lichen sclerosus or something else. I also noticed small pimples on the foreskin, the first time I noticed them was in December of last year, they don't itch and they haven't changed at all, I was wondering if they could be fordyce spots

Finally, I am sexually active and I am 23 years old. I would really appreciate your help and thanks for reading to the end.

Hi I'd continue with the treatment the doctor gave you it looks like balanitis the skin is inflamed and irritated looking still. I'd give it a few more weeks of treatment. I don't think it looks like LS the white spots could be some sebaceous glands like fordyce spots or just a fungal infection.
