recently i have had occasional itchy vagina in the middle of the night but not very often and have noticed these under the skin, i had sex with a stranger a while ago unprotected and im worrried could be something serious like herpes- but they havent like blistered or anything, please someone reply what it is ??

fordyce spots nothing to worry about. you might have thrush do u have any abnormal discharge or oher symptoms besides on and off itching
