White tongue through anxiety?

Posted , 3 users are following.

I've had a white tongue (mainly at the back) for a good year now.

Makes me incredibly anxious. Had hiv test and Immunology test to rule out the almost impossible chance of me getting that.

But I'm still sooo anxious about it.

I've heard some people say that their anxiety has caused them problems from their gastrointestinal tract to mouth. Was wondering if anyone else suffers this or has any possible answers?

According to docs, apart from low vitamin d levels I'm fine. That''s said after many blood tests.

Do you have any symptoms like palpitations or breathing issues?

I suffer with mild asthma but had that for years but no breathing difficulties out of the ordinary. Nor palpitations.

      Why you ask?

I asked about breathing difficulties because I had a white tongue and white lips when I had a lung condition and I couldn't get enough air in my lungs.
