If you haven't had sex then the only think i can think of that causes spots then ulcers that sting when you pee is chicken pox. My daughter got chicken pox when she was young, but they were all over her body including the vulva area where they looked like ulcers and the urine stung badly. But you should have spots elsewhere - maybe only a few - and feel unwell.

that is a myth, you can get it again, especially if you had it first when you were very young.

i know several parents who's children have had it twice.

chicken pox only cause ulcers on mucus membranes, on normal skin they would be itchy soots that turn to scabs.

the healthline website states that vulva ulcers can be due to sexually transmitted infections (not in your case) or other bacterial, fungal or viral infections of that area. However, it also says: Sometimes, common conditions like tonsillitis, upper respiratory infections, or a virus that causes diarrhea can cause genital ulcers, especially in adolescent girls. Didn't you say you been ill? So, it may simply just be another symptom of that illness.
