I've noticed for a few days I've had what looks like a white film on my vagina, even the inside walls. The film cant be wiped away and is still there even directly after showering. There is no itching or burning, no other discharge or pain just a very pale white vagina...should I see a doctor or is it something that will go away?

I would see a Doctor to stop you worrying. Have a look at Lichen sclerosis on internet and see your Doctor to rule it out.
