White Vaginal Discharge After Taking Emergency Contraception.

Me and my girlfriend had sex about 2 days ago with condom on. Later she said she thought that the condom had slipped and some of the semen leaked onto her. I got her an EC (Unwanted 72) pill the next day. She took it about 22 hours after the incident.

She says she's only getting occasional stomach ache, white discharge and she seems tired or feverish. I know about fatigue and stomach ache being the side effects but am worried about the discharge. She says she's had it multiple times.

Can it indicate pregnancy?
