White vision and minimal hearing at once

Hi. I just wanna share my weird experience recently. I was playing playing badminton with my friends when I suddenly got leg cramps. They immediately applied first aid and got me to the side courts to rest my injured leg. Now while I was recovering, I suddenly felt uneasy; my heart was racing, my vision slowly turned very bright and my hearing was slowly subsiding like someone was lowering the volume of the sound around me or something was put over my ears to cover them and hear things minimally. These things continued in a fast pace and it got worse as the seconds went by. I started to panic but I tried to breathe slowly and deeply but very hard since I was starting to struggle to breathe. I thought I was gonna pass out. I can barely hear the sounds around me. I was sweating more despite coming from a game. It was like under a spotlight while my lungs were slowly sucked out of me while I'm wearing noise cancelling headphones. I tried to stay calm and just closed my eyes and focused on my breathing. This went for about 15-20 minutes until it finally faded slowly. I went back to my normal senses and did not have any idea what happened. Four days passed and I haven't experienced that thing thankfully. I hope somebody can explain what happened to me. I'm starting to worry. Thanks. 😃

Hi best advice would be to contact your GP practitioner and just for peace of mind get checked out, was it possible you thought it was something more than just cramp and it triggered an anxiety attack, have you ever suffered from them before.

Nothing can feel worse but you do need to be seen ASAP so y can rule out potassium /magnesium level etc

Try not too worry too mic which is easier said than done

That was the first time that i experienced such feeling. Given that having cramps is not new to me especially that i always play badminton. thanks for the advice. 😃

Then obviously the best thing would be for you to make an appointment to see your GP and ask the same questions as you have asked here, probably nothing but if it is worrying you best to get it checked out
