White webbing mark on my glans

Hi,
Male, 25. White webbing marks appeared on penile glans, not sure what this is. There is no pain, no itching, no discomfort. First thought that these are friction burn scars due to the too frequant masturbation (daily even 2-3 times a day, this is what living alone does.). But need more assurance. Maybe this can be something worse, not sure.
Papules below are from very young age, so I am pretty sure that this is normal.

Hi I'd definitely have it checked with your doctor it could be a fungal infection or even lichen sclerosus or so it needs to be diagnosed. your glans and foreskin are quite inflamed and irritated looking. The white spots on the rim are pearly penile papules and normal to have.

To be fair there is no inflamation, maybe it looks like it is inflamed in the photo. In regards of foreskin, I am not circumcised, so this is just a pull back skin. Since Monday stopped doing anything that could irritate the area, if on Monday next week it will still look like this then I will go to the doctor (hopefully there is no urgency, or is it?)

This looks more like Lichen Planus of the glans

Alright, this looks similar to what I have.. What is the best home remedy if that is even an option?

I suppose you should go to the doctor, a dermatologist, an talk about that situation. For Lichen Planus there is a treatment with steroid creams that should solve the situation. Lichen Planus could go even go away by itself, but it could take too much time and its not sure it would leave without any topical treatment. The cure, in detail, don't know how is, but you have to talk with the dermatologist.
IMPORTANT
Choose a good dermatologist, cause too much of the time, are totally useless ( I say it by my experience with a dry glans that NO ONE can solve).
