White yellowish spots

Hello,

I saw a doctor yesterday for thoses spots on my penis, she said that could be a yeast infection so she gave me econazole for two weeks. She told me if it's not disapearing for two weeks i should go to the dermato. I did std's tests 5 days ago and all tests came back negatives. Thoses spots looks like they are under the skin i touch it but it's smooth like a normal skin no proeminence. When i stretched my penis i just saw some yellow white spots. It's not itchy and no pain at all. What could it be? Thanks in advance
