Whitish lump outside left labia?

Posted , 4 users are following.

Not sure where to put this thread. So I’ve only recently noticed that I have a weird patch of whitish lump of skin outside my left labia but not my right. It’s dry, wrinkly, not painful and only slightly itchy, but I would never had noticed if someone hadn’t pointed it out at a Brazilian wax. Is this normal?

It sounds like it could be Lichen sclerosus

“is a long-term skin condition that mainly affects the skin of the genitals. It usually causes itching and white patches to appear on the affected skin.”

There are treatments for this but you really need to get it diagnosed first.
