once day i woke up and went to bathroom i noticed that my penis is itching, i noticed a white patch which can be seen clearly after itch but in normal condition white patch isn't visible initially i ignored but it starts growing all over my penis.
what can i do p
ease tell me it is further spreading and i am a virgin

you need to go and see a dermatologist
i could possibly be fungal or something like lichen planus with requires perscription cream from the doctor.
be practical and see the doctor.
do not itch, do not wash with soaps or shampoos etc use only very gentle dermatalogical product and water.
