Who ge6t really off balance with this deficiency even episodes of virtigo is this normal...

3 years ago was diagnosed with low vitD prescribed tablets from.the doctors felt alot better but never 100% ove taken vitD over the counter off on since but now I have every symptom but the lightheadedness is worse than ever I've even had virtigo for a few days I'm drained feel unwell my right eyelid twitches randomly head feels confused alot like I cant take things in forgetting words just no energy does this sound liklikely to be just low vitD..its frightening.
