Who here has had fissure surgery?

Well, I had the fissure surgery on 11/24. Absolutely no pain or bleeding at all. But 4 days later incontinence started to happen. At first I couldn't control gas. And then I had an "accident" walking to the bathroom. I couldn't hold it in at all. Strangest experience ever. Thankfully I was at home. This has happened twice since then. I'm assuming this is because of the Botox that was injected. But how long can I expect this to happen? I work from home most of the time but I can't have this happen while I'm at the office. Fortunately I have a follow-up visit with this Doctor/Surgeon on Wednesday. This better be a short term side effect.
