I saw someone mention mugshots on a post somewhere so I thought I would give them a go I'm struggling to get it down it's absolutely vile (the cheese flavoured one) are any of the other flavours any better? Could strangle my little boy right about now as well he's very good at sharing his sweets and crisps and things he's just put a handful of Wotsits and a mini brownie at the side of me :-( I suppose a sniffing it won't hurt lol

Lol you could try supernoodles? i don't like them either lol or erm cup a soup? mugshots now do meals aswell same amount of cals don't ask whats in them lol.

They have two different packagings i have no idea why (mugshots) and the original packet tastes nicer than the other style i have no idea why they have 2 different ones... strange x

Ainsley does soups in a cup or you could make your own using stock a few veg and blend probably less cals aswell x

I never thought about super noodles I used to eat loads of the curry flavoured ones it's the only ones I liked. Really not keen on soups at all but I have promised myself this winter I'm going to try making some at home. My friend used to make a lovely Turkish soup with lentils and It was really nice.

The only thing with mugshots is, although they have very little fat, the calorie content for a pack is as much as a small meal! I actually like them, but I would rather have something more substantial for the same amount of calories, eg Weight watchers bagel, very low fat philly, vine ripened tomatoes, sprinkled with fresh dill for less, Its psychological too for me. Anything that represents restricting myself and I run for the hills! sad

Oh yeah I saw the calories after I had made it but I was absolutely starving and it only took 5 mins but I will give a couple of the others a go but no way will I buy cheese one again I'm an ex cheese addict lol

Hi Britney after trying the mugshots I decided to have a look at the supermodels then I rediscovered pasta n sauce which I was addicted to a couple of years ago but I used to make it up with the whole shabang with more milk (whole) than water and butter. On the packet it says 2.3grams per 100 so I know they are ok and then gives a calculation for it after it's cooked with semi skimmed and butter but I can't seem to find any calculations if it's made with skimmed milk and no butter does it make any difference if I add the dried packet values and the milk seperately on my fitness pal? Do you know if it works out as the same values? Thanks in advance

      Hi Ceejay

Just add in the cals of how much milk you would use and the fat so measure the milk and check the back of the bottle or mfp then input all of that in. Can you make those with water? then again i suppose it wouldn't be as nice or you could add a cheese triangle xx

Yeah I think you can make them with just water I'm sure that's what my friend used to do on slimming world it was ok with the skimmed milk I put a couple of squirts of fry light butter flavour in there and it was good a lot easier to eat than the cheese mugshot lol
