Whole body tense and stiff. Feels like poor circulation. Does anyone feel like this?

I have extreme health anxiety and every morning I wake up my whole body feels tight and stiff it almost feels like my blood isn't circulating. I have been laying around for over 5 months due to this debilitating anxiety and my head just won't stop. Sometime I feel like my arms and legs are burning and tight. I don't feel rested when I wake up. Does anyone feel like this?

I was getting random bruises too! Are you on any antidepressants? I was taking zoloft and it turns out that was what gave me bruises. It was when i tried to go up to 50mg which is a very low dose. I stopped them and i started to take it again back in june and the bruises came back. Right now my neck hurts so bad and the pain goes to the side of my head and above my eyebrow. I know i am tensing my shoulders and neck but its automatic and i cant stop

I've been experiencing this a lot lately. It used to be every once in a while now every week or every other day. I had to leave work early today because of the pressure in my head, discomfort in my left arm & all over my body. I remembered the Last time it was this bad was due to my anemia. I'll have to get back on the iron 3 times a day.
