Whole family has bumps on skin after river rafting vacation

Hello all,

On the day my family and I returned from a 6 day river rafting trip in Idaho, four of us discovered we had small bumps on parts of our bodies. My daughter and I have them on our arms, my sister has them on her face and arms, and my girlfriend has them on her face. The four other family members on our trip do not have these bumps. They basically look like goosebumps that won't go away. I've attached a picture of my arm for you to see. What can this be and how should we proceed?
