Whole right arm swelled up

So I was working Wednesday and hit a bee's nest and went to run and slipped on wet slate decking and caught myself by putting my arm out in front of me, it happened really fast. anyways I didn't really feel any pain after but my shoulder is always bothering me anyways from tearing my labrum 7 years ago. so I wake up the next morning, my shoulder feels a little stiff but nothing serious. I go to work and while I was brushing a pool I felt my right arm tightening up like it would from working out, except it never went away and by night time my forearm and bicep/tricep was noticeably bigger than my other arm and was super tight. my range of motion wasn't too affected and there wasn't really much pain. so I went to sleep and woke up the next day and it was not any better. this time I couldn't even feel my elbow bone because it was under so much fluid or blood. so I go to the ER and they do a ultrasound, x-ray and blood tests. all come back negative. they tell me they've never seen anything like this before because I still have good strength in my arm. after 8 hours I leave with prednisone and a sling. today (Saturday) I can feel my elbow bone again but it's still under fluid. where my shoulder meets my armpit underneath is super tender and sore now and there appears to be some brushing where my pec meets my shoulder. sorry for the long post but has anyone heard or seen this before?? I have to go see a orthopedic but it's going to be a long wait probably
